Co-Founders story

About 5 years ago, Alex Dennery & Minh Tran partnered up and started an agency called Elite Digital Marketing. Their focus was helping small business owners like salons, coaches, roofing companies, construction companies, and many other businesses generate more customers using paid advertising.

Fast forward to 2020, Scale My Cleaning Business was designed to help commercial cleaning companies leverage online systems to acquire a consistent flow of highly qualified opportunities looking for cleaning services. After a high demand of cleaning owners referred to Elite Digital Marketing, Alex and Minh decided to go 100% into just focusing on providing a solution for the commercial janitorial cleaning industry.

Minh Tran

At a young age Minh had a deep passion for business and sales. While other kids may have been playing on the playground, he was selling toys to friends. After finishing his last year of high school, Minh went on to enroll into a nearby college to study business, as well as embark on various ventures afterwards. After founding a successful online retail and ecommerce business, he started his agency with Alex, after meeting at a business mastermind.

When Alex first started his first business, he was overloaded with excitement, nervousness, information and “business advice” from all angles. He was constantly working 65+ hours a week, with barely anything to show for it. He had underestimated the amount of momentum it would take to grow and achieve success on a larger scale. One day, he realized something, that all his 10+ years in IT and building systems for large companies didn’t have to go to waste. He could start building his own systems and delegating the right people within his business to grow, instead of trying to do everything all at once.

By building systems to consistently get in front of the right prospects, as well as putting the right people into place and running the operations side, he would be able to grow quickly over the span of a couple of months, without spending so much time in the business. These Business-to-Business systems allowed him to also start Prospectio.net, where he and his team worked alongside B2B entrepreneurs such as coaches, agencies, tech companies and consultants to help them scale through the right connections via LinkedIn and sales systems.

Through Alex’s backend systems and technical knowledge, and Minh’s sales and business expertise, in 2019, Alex and Minh decided to come together and start Elite Digital Marketing. After a year they shifted their focus to Scale My Cleaning Business.

While the new company started out with only a couple of clients, it soon grew to over a dozen active monthly clients within a short matter of time. After doing a lot of market research into the commercial janitorial cleaning industry Alex and Minh knew exactly where the missing piece was and filled it in.

Fast forward to 2021, they’ve grown to over dozens of active monthly clients in the US & Canada. An amazing Facebook community with over 450+ and growing cleaning business owners. Who all came together to help each other. They’ve gained over 100+ subscribers within 30 days of launching their YouTube channel, where they upload valuable content, interviews, and masterclass on how to grow your dream cleaning business.
